El Puerto de Santa María, the City of the 100 Palaces, once was one of the most reknown nautical ports and, with your very first experience, you’ll learn about how it is related to Christopher Columbus, the New World, the greeks and Al Andalus in a comprehensive, private visit through the narrow streets of the city center. This will be just an introduction to the culture of El Puerto, because right after it, you’ll enjoy an exclusive foodie experience with our ambassador, tasting all kinds of tapas in the most authentic tapas bars of the city, we hope you had a light breakfast!
After lunch, you’ll have the rest of the day by yourself to rest in your hotel or to explore El Puerto by yourself, ask your host for recommendations!
Lastly, you’ll enjoy a nice dinner in a local restaurant.

After a cozy breakfast in your boutique hotel, you’ll relocate to the capital of Andalusia: Seville.
Seville offers a true architectural time travel: from islamic fortifications built in times of the Al Andalus empire to regionalist squares with the authentic andalusian essence of the 20th century, without forgetting about the immense sevillian Cathedral. With us, you’ll ve able to admire these monuments first hand in an intimate and dedicated way, going trhough an itinenary about the most important locations in the city. One of those locations is the Real Alcázar (Royal Palace), an islamic palace built for muslim rulers. It’s gardens, it’s architecture and the general beauty of this mix of colours and patterns will make you fall in love with this era of our land, but that’s not all!
After having lunch and a little tasting of sevillian wines in a traditional restaurant, you’ll visit the most photographed building in Seville: The Plaza de España square. The immensity of this landscape and the secrets of the sites’ architecture will amaze you, and our expert will tell you everything about it.
Finally, you’ll have some free time around the city to explore the city center by yourself before going back to El Puerto to have dinner in a high quality restaurant.

Jerez de la Frontera is the biggest city in the Cadiz province and one of the most industrially developped, but that’s not what should amaze you, but the incredible legacy arabs and christians left in the city.
Firstly, you’ll visit the Recreo de las Cadenas: the headquarters of one of the most reknown horsemanship organisations in Spain, known for the quality of their horses, riders and the respect they have to the old tradition. After admiring the rooms of the french styled palace and it’s gardens, you’ll enjoy an amazing show about horses, flamenco and the local kind of equestrianism of our land.
Then, you’ll relocate to a traditional tabanco, a place where you’ll taste different tapas and local wines while you discover the music and the flamenco dances so characteristics of our city right in front of your eyes. After this amazing experience, you’ll finally learn about the past and the main monuments of Jerez de la Frontera alongside an expert, exploring the narrow streets of an ancient islamic fortification, as well as the main castle of the city.
Finally, after having some time to walk around the city center on your own, you’ll go back to El Puerto to have dinner in a local restaurant, tasting different dishes of our gastronomy.

In our fourth day, you’ll experience the flavours and the landscapes the sea provides to El Puerto de Santa María, prepare your senses!
After a nice breakfast in your hotel, you’ll enjoy a very especial end exclusive experience in one of the salt marshes of El Puerto. There, you’ll explore the estuaries and learn about the fauna & flora that inhabits the marshes, as well as how the people from El Puerto have been able to extract salt and fresh products from these very same waters in a traditional way for centuries. Alongside our host and a local fishermen, you’ll enjoy a demonstration of local fishing techniques, as well as a tasting and lunch with fresh products such as seafood, fish and salt from the very same salt marsh.
Then, you’ll have some free time in El Puerto to rest at your hotel or to explore on your own before a truly beautiful experience: horse riding on the beach. A nice walk riding local horses along the beach, admiring the views the sea offers to El Puerto until the sun sets, creating a peaceful and gorgeous scene for you. After this relaxing experience, you’ll have dinner in a local restaurant before going back to rest.

Cádiz, one of the oldest cities in Europe, was founded centuries ago by the ancient fenicians and was inhabited by all kinds of civilisations: greeks, romans, arabs and christians, they all left in some way remains of their cultures and costumes and, with us, you’ll learn about them.
Walking with our expert, you’ll find out the secrets about the ruins of these civilisations: a roman theatre, fenician coffins, defensive fortifications on the coast… Cádiz history is famous because of it’s richness in events and important dates, so you don’t want to miss out this private visit.
After this visit and having lunch in a popular restaurant in Cádiz, you’ll have some leisure time around the ancient city, enjoying the views of the sea or exploring a bit more by yourself. Then, you’ll return to El Puerto to have dinner and to rest at your hotel.

Did you ever heard about the Pueblos Blancos (White Villages)? They are a group of rural villages on the andalusian mountains, famous for the beauty of their streets and the landscape they have. White-washed houses, narrow streets, local shops and taberns… the charm of these villages is one of a kind, and on your sixth day you’ll get to fall in love with one of them.
Vejer is a rural village, situated in high altitude on the andalusian mountains. You’ll visit this intriging locations in a private excursion, alonside an expert who tell you all about the secrets of the village. Don’t forget to bring your camera, you’ll want to remember the scenery!
After lunch in a local tabern, you’ll have the rest of the day to enjoy at one of the best beaches of Cádiz, where you’ll enjoy the sun, the sea breeze and the sand that is so unique of our land.
Then, you’ll go back to El Puerto to have a nice dinner and rest.

The last day of your Taste Andalusia experience we decided to do something special, something that you’ll remember and will make you wanting to come back to Andalusia, do you want to find out?
You can’t leave Cádiz without walking through an authentic vineyard, that’s why your last exclusive visit will be to one of the vineyards that produces sherry wines in Cadiz. One of their professional winemakers will tell you all about the process of creating a Sherry wine, the different types of wine and, of course, how do they taste. This private tasting will take place in the very same vineyard, experiencing first hand the smells, colours and flavours of this legendary product.
After this winery experience, you’ll have a nice lunch in a local restaurant and have some rest at your hotel. Your last activity is one of the most special and exclusive ones we have: a private boat trip sailing the Cadiz Bay, feeling the sea breeze and admiring the landscapes of the marshes and their fauna and flora. After this incredible experience, you’ll have your last dinner with our host and finish your experience with us, we hope you had a wonderful time!
