For those who are passionate about cycling and nature! This is one of the ornithological routes from Cádiz Bay Natural Park. During the route we can observe different birds such as seagulls, waders and sternids. The presence of flamingos, herons, spoonbills, egrets, avocets and ospreys stand out. You dare? At the end of the journey we will eat a lunch with local cuisine to regain strength.
The experience is carried out bordering the Marshes. We will discover the curiosities of the “Cadiz Marshes” Salinas Gaditanas, one of the most important and emblematic economic activities of the Bay of Cádiz, favored by the natural characteristics of the area. Today there are few salt flats whose main activity is the production of salt. Many have been reinvented with fish farming, oysters, the famous estuary fish. Of these, the industrial saline “La Tapa” produces almost 80% of the salt.
