Terms and Conditions

1. General Conditions

The contracting of a trip/experience offered by Alsherry Experiences implies the knowledge and express acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions and implies the explicit acceptance of the Special Terms and Conditions of each trip/ experiences, the latter shall prevail.

2. Making the reservation

You can book on our website any experience or trip  in case you need further assistance feel free to send us an email.

3. Information authenticity and privacy policy

The Client declares that all the information provided is correct and truthful. The information provided by the Client will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. Communication and sharing of information with third parties

Alsherry Experiences may share your personal information with third party suppliers with whom we reserve services for you. The Client accepts this sharing of information and authorises Alsherry Experiences – to communicate this information which will be used by the third-party supplier for the specific and sole purpose of providing a high level of service to the Client. In cases when the person who shares personal client information with us is not actually the end user of the services acquired, this person expressly agrees to obtain the permission from the end user clients for the sharing of their personal information with suppliers. This permission must be granted before sharing their information with Alsherry Experiences.

5. Bookings Cancellations

All cancellations must be formally communicated by e-mail to info@alsherry.com. The reimbursement of the trip will depend on the time in advance of the cancellation. 

In case of cancellation 48 hours before the experience, no refund or reimbursement will be made.  

If the client communicates the cancellation 7 days before the experience, the cancellation fee would be 50% of the total value of the experience. This only applies in the case of experiences. For a trip, please check the T&C´s of the trip.

If a tailor-made trip is contracted and canceled, the deposit, cancellation fee and administrative expenses will be charged. All other trip cancellations will be followed by the supplier’s cancellation terms.

If you are unable or unwilling to do the experience for any reason, up to the time of the experience, you can designate another person to take your place under the same conditions 24 hours prior and with the same obligations as you had or get a gift certificate to use anytime, without any additional disbursement.

We recommend to read the cancellation process before you do any  booking, specially last minute.

6. Rights and obligations of the parties after the beginning of the trip

6.1. Customer ‘s rights.

The customer has the right to withdraw from the package travel contract once the trip has begun, but may not claim a refund of the amounts paid and will continue to be obliged to pay those that are pending payment.

The customer shall have the right to receive assistance in the shortest possible time, in the event of unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances, by providing information on health services, local authorities and consular assistance, and to receive help in establishing remote communications and finding alternative travel arrangements.

6.2. Alsherry’s Rights

Alsherry, as the party responsible for the execution of the trip, has the right to make the decisions it deems appropriate in the event of unforeseen situations that may arise during the trip, such as climatic changes, political or military circumstances, problems caused by air intermediaries, etc., establishing the necessary changes in the trip to ensure the safety of travelers and the smooth running of the trip.

It also has the right to demand from the travelers an appropriate behavior and in accordance with the different regulations or customs of the countries included in the trip, which does not harm its realization, being able to give instructions in this regard.

Alsherry shall have the right to terminate, at any time, the participation of any person whose behavior may be considered dangerous for the safety of the group or the welfare of the participants, which shall not give right to any reimbursement. However, Alsherry will take the necessary measures to ensure their repatriation.

7. Data protection

As a consequence of the execution of the Contract, in its capacity as data controller, Alsherry Experiences will proceed with the processing of the personal data provided by the traveler guaranteeing that it complies with the applicable data protection regulations and, in particular, the Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5, on Data Protection and the Guarantee of Digital Rights and REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR). MAIN PURPOSE: Alsherry Experiences collects the personal data of travelers, in order to manage the requested services and maintain the contractual relationship. Also, personal data and those of the beneficiaries of the services will be processed for internal administrative purposes Alsherry Experiences.

Other purposes: Personal data may be processed, subject to the traveler’s consent, for sending information about events and commercial communications related to Alsherry Experiences through available channels, including electronic means.

LEGITIMACY:

– Alsherry Experiences will carry out the processing of personal data and those of the beneficiaries of the services, which is necessary for the provision of the contracted services, as well as for the preparation of budgets prior to the formalization of such contracting. The legal basis for this treatment is the execution of the contract.

– Alsherry Experiences may process personal data, with prior authorization, to send information about events and commercial communications that it considers to be of interest to the traveler. The legal basis for this treatment is consent.

RECIPIENTS: For the management of the purposes inherent to the development and fulfillment of the object of the contract, it may be necessary and mandatory for the provision of the service, that the data and those of the beneficiaries of the services are communicated to the different suppliers, such as airlines, hotels, shipping companies and other service providers, who will be obliged to use the data, solely and exclusively, to fulfill the object of the contract. These providers, depending on the destination country of your trip, may be located in third countries for which an international transfer of data is necessary.

8. Validity

These Terms and Conditions shall remain in effect until replaced by new ones.
