The harvest is usually done when the percentage relationship between sugars and acids in the grape grains reach an optimum value for the type of wine that is produced.
When the harvest date comes, the grape pickers are the workers in the vineyards. These people are responsible for picking the grape grains from the vineyards. It’s a hard work that requires patience and endurance.
